Spirals with cream and cheese sauce, quick dinner for children
Every time we think of pasta, the most common thing is to imagine it together with a good sauce that includes tomato among its ingredients, when we also want the dish to be for children, the tomato becomes essential, however, the cream usually has the same success among children, so it doesn't hurt to offer them some variation.
The best thing about this recipe is that it is very easy to prepare, so it is great to prepare dinner in a moment. Another great advantage is that we can add ingredients to taste, such as crab sticks, tuna or mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 200 gr of pasta
- 20 grams of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 200 ml of cream for cooking
- 50 ml of milk
- 100 gr of grated Emmental cheese
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Sal Island
- Pepper
Crafting
In a pan we are going to melt the butter and add the flour. We stir continuously for a few minutes. Little by little we add the milk and the cream, we will leave it to the fire until it begins to boil and we remove. Finally we add the mustard, salt, pepper and cheese, mix until we get a homogeneous sauce and that's it.
On the other hand, we boil the pasta following the manufacturer's instructions, when it is ready we drain it and mix with the sauce. Bon Appetite!.
