All the pizzas are quintessential dinner among friends, but today we leave you this new version with a delicious dough of seeds, such as sesame and peeled pipes. These nuts give our bodies all the necessary fiber and vitamins.

In addition, these pizzas with this special dough make us eat different shape or with a special touch what we frequently eat. Thus, we experiment in the kitchen and make innovative recipes so as not to get bored with them.

Ingredients

  • Fried tomato.
  • Leftover Bolognese meat.
  • Eggs
  • bacon.
  • Still.
  • Oregano.
  • Grated cheese.

For the pizza dough with seeds:

  • 200 ml of water
  • 400 g of flour.
  • 50 ml of olive oil.
  • 15 g of fresh baker's yeast.
  • 20 g of peeled pipes.
  • 20 g of sesame.
  • Pinch of salt.

Preparation

First, we will do the our pizza dough. To do this, in a large bowl we will put the wet ingredients, that is, the water and the oil. We will heat the water a little beforehand, for when we add the baker's yeast it dissolves to integrate well.

Then we will add the pipes and sesame and stir a little. We will incorporate the flour little by little, sifting it, so that more air enters it and I raise more. We will knead well until we get a homogeneous and elastic dough. Let it ferment, covered with a cloth, for half an hour at room temperature, until it doubles in size.

Then, after this time, we will stretch the dough well and add a fried tomato base, and then add our favorite ingredients: bacon, egg, meat, etc. Cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with oregano.

Finally, we will introduce in the preheated oven at 200ºC about 10-15 minutes. I hope you love this pizza dough for any special situation.
