- Cooked octopus 1-2 legs

- 1 red pepper

Preparation
- To prepare the octopus salpicón we will start by washing and preparing the ingredients.
- We cut all the vegetables into pieces. Red pepper, green pepper and onion. We are putting it in a source or a bowl.
- Next we chop the tomato and the octopus. We cut the tomato small, you can remove the seeds if you don't like it. The octopus can be cut into slices or small pieces. We add everything to the above.
- We mix everything on a plate. If we are not going to eat it at the moment, it can be put in the refrigerator so everything cut without seasoning. We prepare the vinaigrette in a bowl, add 4-5 tablespoons of oil, 2 of vinegar, a little salt and paprika, beat and mix. We reserve until serving time.
