Salad with wakame seaweed, a very healthy salad that we can combine with many ingredients. Seaweed has healthy vitamins and minerals and is low in fat. Sea vegetables are mastered.
The wakame is ideal for salads, it has an intense color. To use them we have to soak them for about 15 minutes and if we want to put them in soups, with legumes they can be chopped and added. They have a strong flavor so we will be careful when dressing some dishes.
This type of seaweed is well known and is widely used in Japan, Korea and China. Among its properties are iodine, calcium, iron and vitamins.
Seaweed is ideal for a healthy diet accompanying many dishes. It can be accompanied with a vinaigrette and accompanied by seeds such as sesame seeds, which are very good for it.
- 1 package wakame seaweed
- Cucumber
- Cherrys tomatoes

- 3-4 tablespoons oil

- To prepare the salad with wakame seaweed, we will start by putting the seaweed in warm water for about 15 minutes. We can put them in a piece or break it into pieces. When they are, we drain them well.
- We peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.
- We wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half
- We peel the onion and cut it into slices.
- We remove the skin of the avocado, we chop it.
- We take a salad bowl and we are putting the cucumber, tomatoes, onion and pieces of avocado.
- We wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices, we put them on top of the salad.
- We prepare the dressing, in a jar we put the oil, vinegar, a little salt and beat everything well to mix it.
- We take the seaweed and distribute it over the salad.
- Add the dressing to the salad, add some olives and some seeds.
