Today I present an ideal recipe for the fanatic (like me) of roast meats:
Ingredients
- 1 kilo and 1/2 of Roast Beef
- 150 grams of pork butter
- Salt required amount
Preparation
Take the meat and tie it so that it does not lose its shape. To roast the Roast Beef it is essential that the oven is strong, before putting it in the oven spread the meat with the lard and put it in the oven on a grill, since it is not convenient to contact the bottom of the tray.
The duration of the roast is 20 minutes per kilo, halfway through the preparation add the salt. The meat has to be pink inside. Cut into slices when cold and serve with a rich salad
