Risotto with sausage
El Risotto, as all of you will know, it is a very typical and traditional in Italy, which has rice as a base ingredient. This is the easiest and most common way to make rice in this country.
Therefore, today I wanted to present this dish with a spanish touch, accompanying it with a good sausage and a large semi-cured cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 sausages.
- 100 g of semi-cured grated cheese.
- 150 g of rice.
- 1 tablespoon of butter.
- 1/2 onion.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- Chicken soup.
- 1 lozenge of avecrem.
- Olive oil.
- Chopped parsley.
Preparation
First of all, to make this delicious risotto with sausage, we will finely chop the onion and garlic. This is so that it does not take so long to poach.
We will place it in a pan together with the butter and let it poke well until everything is well depleted.
At the same time, as the onion and garlic are cooking, we cut the sausage into small portions, so that later it is much easier to put in the mouth with a single tablespoon. Also, we will go heating the chicken broth.
When the onion and garlic are, we will add the sausage, we will cook a little and, later, we will add the rice, which we will also stir a little to bind the flavors.
Then we will begin to use the risotto technique, which is based on adding 2 ladles of broth to the rice and stirring and stir so that it releases the starch. Also, we will add half a pill of avecrem if the broth had no salt.
When it thickens, we will add two saucepans of broth and we will not stop stirring, until the rice is tender. I particularly had to use up to 6-8 ladles of broth.
Finally, when the rice is tender, We will remove from the heat, and add the grated cheese, we will stir well until it is integrated and a creamy rice is left. I advise you to add the cheese little by little, to gain texture, because it may happen that a massacote is done.
