In Cooking Recipes we have offered you a complete christmas menu, in order to make things easier for you in the next parties. Having accomplished that first objective, I thought it would be important to show you some of those simple and healthy recipes for the day after.
La quinoa salad, tomato, avocado and pear is a fresh salad that combines different fruits. An ideal salad to give our body a rest after copious meals like the ones we usually prepare at Christmas. Looking for other ideas for the day after? The tomato soup or parsnip and yogurt can also be good options.
- 85 g. quinoa
- 1 conference pear
- 1 Tomate
- 1 Avocado
- 12 raisins
- 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil

- We wash the quinoa under the cold water tap for one to two minutes. It's an important step in removing the bitterness from this superfood.
- Place double the volume of water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then add the washed quinoa. Cook for approximately 14 minutes, following the manufacturer's instructions.
- Meanwhile, we wash the tomato and we cut into dice. We also cut the avocado and the pear into cubes of the same size.
- Finally, we mix all the ingredients, including raisins, and season with a little extra virgin olive oil and a little freshly ground black pepper (optional).
