Ingredients
  • 85 g. quinoa
  • 1 conference pear
  • 1 Tomate
  • 1 Avocado
  • 12 raisins
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. We wash the quinoa under the cold water tap for one to two minutes. It's an important step in removing the bitterness from this superfood.
  2. Place double the volume of water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then add the washed quinoa. Cook for approximately 14 minutes, following the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Meanwhile, we wash the tomato and we cut into dice. We also cut the avocado and the pear into cubes of the same size.
  4. Finally, we mix all the ingredients, including raisins, and season with a little extra virgin olive oil and a little freshly ground black pepper (optional).
  5. We serve immediately
