Ingredients
  • 2 cans of whole peeled tomatoes (800g approx)
  • 1 finely chopped red chili or a chilli
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
  • 1 liter of vegetable stock
  • 4 teaspoons of chopped parsley

Preparation
  1. We put all the ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
