Sometimes we have guests with whom we want to look good and a good aperitif is a good start. That's why today I want to show you one of my favorite recipes, for its shape and for its delicious flavor.
The puff pastry lollipops with ham and what cheese. Surely the name sounds attractive to you, because tell you that you are not wrong. Well, let's go shopping and calculate the time.
Degree of Difficulty: Medium
Preparation time: 35-40 minutes
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry in sheets
- Slices of York ham
- Slices of cheese
Good as you see I have been lax with the measurements, the reason is simple, when you have one of elaborate you will see the amount and in relation to it you can do more or less. What I do advise you is that ham and cheese so as not to be short.
We start stretching the sheet a little, with the roller, these can be frozen. Remember that you have to put flour so that it does not stick to you the dough on the marble or workplace. We stretch them so that they lose the folds a little and do not raise excessively. Once stretched we put a layer of ham and another of cheese, each one will put more in relation to what we like.
With the base mounted, we screw it until we achieve a cylinder. As seen in the image. It's easy, we just have to make it consistent.
Now we cut portions of the cylinder, of a finger more or less, we give it back the shape a bit, because when we cut it, it remains somewhat squashed and we can already prick them with toothpicks to bake them.
The first time I made them all with chopsticks, but tell you that if it is only because you like the delicacy, you can make them without skewer, since This item is purely decorative.
Once punctured, shaped like a lollipop, We put them on the baking sheet and bake them for about 10 or 15 minutes at 180 degrees. But we will control them because some ovens take longer and others less. Oops, I forgot, the oven has to be hot, so that the puff pastry does not come loose.
As you can see, it is relatively to prepare this recipe and offers a quality image of our little hands in the kitchen.
I only have to wish them Bon Appetite and also, that logically it can be filled with other ingredients.
