Ingredients
- 200 g of puff pastry.
- 100 g of cooked ham.
- 100 g of Havarty cheese.
- 3 tablespoons of béchamel.
- 2 tablespoons of fried tomato.

Preparation
- We will open the puff pastry and stretch it a little with the rolling pin.
- we will make a rectangular cut in the middle from one of its ends and we will remove the excess.
- Then, at the other end, we will do cross sections to later do the braiding leaving a rectangular space in the middle.
- In this central space we will place a layer of ham, another of cheese, the fried tomato and the cold bechamel.
