Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry.
  • Homemade custard.
  • Strawberries
  • Chickpeas (so that the puff pastry does not rise).

Preparation

First of all, we must stretch the puff pastry on a flat surface with the help of the rolling pin and adding a little sugar. We will puncture this and place it on a pan, in addition, we will put a few chickpeas in the puff pastry base so that the dough does not rise. We will introduce it in the oven preheated to 180 ºC for about 20-25 minutes.

Finally, we will remove the dough from the oven and remove the chickpeas, letting it temper. Inside we will add the custard and let it temper, and then chill in the fridge.
