You already know how I like to vary my breakfasts. Some days I prepare porridge, others toast with different combinations of ingredients and a few I bet on a chia pudding like the one I propose today. A chia, vanilla and banana pudding.
What I like about chia puddings is that you can prepare them at night and enjoy them first thing in the morning. You will only have to add fresh fruit at the last minute, which makes it a quick and appropriate breakfast for the laziest, those who find it difficult to start in the morning.

The recipe
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 level teaspoon honey
- 4 tablespoons of chia
- 1 teaspoon of rolled oats
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 small banana
- In a glass we mix with a spoon milk with honey.
- After we incorporate the chia, the avema flakes and the vanilla essence and mix again.
- We keep in the fridge and after half an hour, we mix it again and cover it with plastic wrap so that it sits overnight.
- In the morning we cut a banana into slices and we place it on top.
- We enjoyed the chia, vanilla and banana pudding for breakfast.
