The recipe
- 1 glass of unsweetened almond drink
- 2 tablespoons oat flakes
- 1 plátano
- 1 teaspoon of almond cream
- 2 cookies
- 1 ounce of chocolate
- Pure cocoa powder for dusting
- ½ teaspoon of honey
- Place the oat flakes and the almond drink in a saucepan. Heat and when it starts to boil, lower the heat and we cook over medium heat for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
- After five minutes, add the mashed banana, pureed, and the almond cream and cook for another five minutes, stirring frequently to achieve a creamy mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and we decorate with the cookie, cocoa, chopped chocolate and honey.
