Ingredients
- 500 grams of chopped beef
- 1 kg de patatas
- Half an onion
- Half ripe tomato
- Half green bell pepper
- 3 garlic
- 175 ml. white wine
- 500 ml of water
- Chicken bouillon cube
- Saffron
- Sal Island
Preparation
- In a large pot, we put a little oil to prepare the sofrito garlic, onion, tomato and pepper. All very well chopped and chopped, we put it over medium heat and let everything cook.
- Next, we take the chopped beef and at high heat we let it brown a little but not too much so that it is not too hard. We do not have to forget that then comes the cooking, and this is what will make it finish.
- When the meat is golden brown, we add the half a glass of white wine and once the alcohol has evaporated, add the rest of the ingredients: potatoes cut into cubes, water, a teaspoon of saffron, salt to taste and the chicken broth tablet.
- We cover the pot, and over medium heat we let it do for a few 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
