A very good recipe for kids and adults, we love it and they come out two dishes in one, one day as you can see and the next day I add cream or cheese and make a terrific puree.
Difficulty level: Easy
Preparation time 40 min.
Ingredients:
- 1 leek
- Carrots 2
- 4 potatoes
- A serving of cod
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Parsley
Preparation:
They are put in a pot to cook a leek in large pieces, about 2-3cm. Two carrots the same and 4 cascaded potatoes, we salt and leave it for 15 minutes. While we boil salted water in a saucepan and when it breaks we add a slice of cod (although the original recipe is with cod, we can use any other piece of fish that we have around). We leave it for a couple of minutes and take it out. When it cools, we clean it well of thorns and skin and we shred it to add it to the pot.
Correct salt and pepper, add parsley and boil it all together for 5 minutes to reduce a little and break a corner of the potato to make the sauce fat. When serving, add a drizzle of olive oil. It can be mashed a bit with the fork for younger children who are transitioning between puree and solids.
