Quick pizza with eggs and serrano ham
The pizzas They are the great allies of improvised dinners. In just 20 minutes one is able to create authentic delicacies with the ingredients available in the pantry. That's why it's important to always keep portions of pizza dough or frozen bases in the freezer.
A good tomato sauce and a little grated cheese will be essential to create the base and from there we can improvise numerous versions using endless combinations. This time I opted for a classic combination of ingredients, eggs with ham Appetizing right? You can also do them quickly with tomato and mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 1 medium pizza base
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- Some green shoots: watercress, spinach ...
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 3-4 slices of Serrano ham
Crafting
Pre-heat the oven at 220º.
Spread on the pizza base the ketchup.
Then distribute the green pepper and some watercress or lettuce leaves, leaving the central part free.
Crack the egg in that central hole and sprinkle the grated cheese around.
Put the pizza in the oven for 12 minutes.
When taking it out place the ham on top and serves immediately.
