Peach tart and condensed milk

For this weekend I wanted to prepare a cake that reminds me a lot of my childhood, since my mom did it repeatedly. This can be a great proposal for any birthday of the little ones or even adults.

El peach very rich and fresh for this time of year. Thus, we make a wonderful recipe in just half an hour and thus be able to introduce the fruit to children in a striking way thanks to its color and mixed with the other ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Soletilla biscuits.
  • 5-6 peaches in syrup.
  • 3 yolks.
  • 1 small can of condensed milk.
  • Normal milk.
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar.

Preparation

First, we will do the Butter of our cake. To do this, we will put 3 egg yolks, the can of condensed milk and the same amount of normal milk in a casserole. We will bring it to a simmer without stopping stirring until it thickens. Let cool.

Then we will cut the peaches in syrup into small cubes to then fill our cake. The smaller the pieces of peach, the better it will be ingested by children.

Furthermore, on the other hand, with 3 egg whites that we have left over we will whip the cream. With an electric or manual rods we will assemble well and, when they are about to snow, we will add the sugar, and we will continue assembling until we get a meringue which remains pointed when lifting the rod.

Then, on a deep baking dish we will assemble the cake. At the bottom we will put a thin bed of cream, on top we will place the soletilla cakes previously soaked in milk or any liquor and, on top of the cakes, another bed of cream, so on until we finish with everything.

Finally, we will put the whites mounted on top of the cake, we will shape it well and we will introduce it in the oven, already preheated, about 3-4 minutes at 180º until we see that the top is browned.
