Ingredients
  • 4 cups of pasta
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • ¾ cup frozen peas
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • 1 scallion, minced
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
  • ¾ cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

Preparation
  1. In a large pot of boiling water and salt, we cook the pasta following the manufacturer's instructions. Then we rinse, drain and reserve.
  2. At the same time in a saucepan, we blanch the peas one minute. We drain and reserve.
  3. In a bowl we beat the mayonnaise with the olive oil, vinegar and oregano and reserve.
  4. We assemble the salad placing the tuna, pasta, celery, chives and peas in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mix.
  5. To finish we add the Chopped tomatoes, peppers. olives and parsley.
  6. We serve the fresh pasta salad.
