Ingredients
- 200 g of rice noodles
- 200 grams of raw prawns or prawns
- ½ red pepper
- ½ green pepper
- ½ yellow bell pepper
- ½ onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Soy sauce
Preparation
- First we are going to cook the rice noodles, we boil a saucepan with plenty of water.
- Once the water boils, remove from the heat and add the rice noodles.
- We let the noodles cook in the boiling water for about 3 minutes.
- Strain with the help of a colander and wash well with cold water.
- We reserve while the water drains well.
- Cut the peppers and onion into thin strips.
- We put a small jet of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables.
- Add a pinch of salt and cover so that the vegetables do not burn.
- We put the peeled and washed prawns and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add a good drizzle of soy sauce and stir well.
- We add the rice noodles to the pan, mix and add soy sauce if necessary.
- We cover so that everything is heated well and that's it!
