Ingredients
  • 200 g of rice noodles
  • 200 grams of raw prawns or prawns
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • ½ yellow bell pepper
  • ½ onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Soy sauce

Preparation
  1. First we are going to cook the rice noodles, we boil a saucepan with plenty of water.
  2. Once the water boils, remove from the heat and add the rice noodles.
  3. We let the noodles cook in the boiling water for about 3 minutes.
  4. Strain with the help of a colander and wash well with cold water.
  5. We reserve while the water drains well.
  6. Cut the peppers and onion into thin strips.
  7. We put a small jet of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables.
  8. Add a pinch of salt and cover so that the vegetables do not burn.
  9. We put the peeled and washed prawns and cook for a couple of minutes.
  10. Add a good drizzle of soy sauce and stir well.
  11. We add the rice noodles to the pan, mix and add soy sauce if necessary.
  12. We cover so that everything is heated well and that's it!

Notes
If you like spicy, you can add a cayenne chilli to the prawn sauce.
