Baked sea bass on a bed of baked potatoes and onion is a light alternative to complete our menu at Christmas.

Ingredients
- 1 clean sea bass
- 3 potatoes
- 1 cebolla
- 3-4 lemon slices
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
Preparation
- We peel and we cut the potatoes in slices of little more than half a centimeter.
- We cut the onion in julienne.
- In a large frying pan with plenty of oil, we cook the potatoes over medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Then we incorporate the onion, season and cook 10 more minutes.
- Meanwhile, we do some diagonal cuts in the sea bass and insert some lemon slices into them.
- We place the potatoes and onion in a baking dish, big enough to fit the sea bass.
- We put the sea bass on top, seasoned and smeared with a bit of oil.
- We incorporate some crushed garlic cloves, chopped parsley and a sprig of rosemary to the source.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 190ºC in the oven (previously preheated).
- We serve hot
