Lobster cocktail

200 g of lobster meat
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
100g canned peas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lettuce
1/2 cup cream
1 cup brandy
1 lemon

Cut the meat of the lobster, put in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice.
Drain the peas, wash them, let them drain for a few minutes and add to the lobster.
Clean the lettuce, cut into julienne strips and add to the bowl.
Put the cream in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, brandy and tomato sauce. Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and a pinch of paprika and stir well.
Pour the sauce over the lobster mixture and stir.
