Look how it looks! Nothing is missing from this breakfast that is not only satiating but also healthy. Chia, kiwi and yogurt are the basic ingredients to prepare it, but you can also incorporate granola, chocolate chips and/or a drizzle of honey. Do it to your liking!
The idea is to leave the chia pudding made the night before so that I can rest in the fridgea. In the morning, when you lift it up, you will only have to give it the last touches. The recipe
- 4 Kiwis
- ½ cup of water
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 yogurt
- Oatmeal
- chopped dark chocolate
- 1 extra kiwi
- Peel and crush the four kiwis.
- Next, we mix the crushed kiwi with the chia seeds, water and honey.
- Divide the mixture into two glasses and let it rest in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.
- On each chia pudding we pour half a yogurt and on this we place some toasted oat flakes and a little chopped dark chocolate.
- We enjoyed the kiwi chia pudding with cold yogurt.
