It is easy for a chicken recipe succeed, especially when there are children at home because it is usually their favorite foods. The great advantage of cooking chicken is that it does not take too long, it is very versatile and at the same time it is very healthy, since it has no fat (if we cook it without skin) and it is rich in protein. Accompanied by some potatoes or a salad, it becomes an easy dinner suitable for all audiences.

The recipe that I bring you today is quite simple and very economical, it can be made with different parts of the chicken (like the thigh, wings, etc) or simply chopping it up. In case there are children, I recommend this last option because it will be easier for them to eat the chicken pieces without danger of finding bones. And without further ado, I'll tell you the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Chopped chicken
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Water glass 1
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 egg
  • Flour (XNUMXg)
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • Frying oil

Crafting

In a bowl add the glass of water, the sliced ​​garlic cloves, the salt and the pepper. Add the chicken and let it marinate for at least an hour, although if you want you can leave it longer, for example, it could be left overnight in the fridge.

Once you have the marinated chicken, put it to drain. While preparing another bowl and add the glass of milk, the egg and a little salt. Mix well. Pass each piece of chicken through this mixture, roll it in the flour and fry it in plenty of hot oil. When it is fried, place it on paper napkins to absorb oil and that's it.

  • When serving: French fries can be a good companion, although if we want to reduce the amount of fried food we can choose to accompany it with mashed potatoes or a salad.
  • Suggestions about the recipe: If you want it to be more crispy, after coating the chicken in the flour, pass it again through the bowl that contains the milk and egg mixture and again roll it in the flour.
