If it is a question of preparing a fast food for hypertensive people, nothing better than to make a healthy chicken salad sandwich in a few minutes and in this way they will be well fed with foods allowed for the diet.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken
1 chopped red pepper
2 green onions cut into slices
1/2 cup of plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup canned corn kernels
8 slices of whole wheat bread (without salt)
ground cumin, a pinch
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the chicken, the bell pepper, the corn, the green onion, the yogurt and season with a pinch of cumin powder.
Then spread 4 slices of unsalted whole wheat bread with a portion of the chicken salad and place another slice of bread on top of each spread. Lastly, cut the sandwich in half in the shape of a triangle.
