Homemade canned mushrooms

Making this delicious homemade mushroom preserve is a very simple preparation to make, since it does not contain too many ingredients and you just have to keep in mind that once prepared you have to wait approximately three days before consuming it.

Ingredients:

11/2 cup of water
1 cup of vinegar
250 grams of mushrooms
Salt to taste
oregano, chili pepper and garlic cloves, to taste
common oil, quantity required

Preparation:

First you must cut the mushrooms into slices (but not thinly) and blanch them for a few moments in a pot with the water, vinegar and a little salt. Then you drain them and run them under cold water to cut the cooking.

Next, in a container or jar, place the mushroom slices, sprinkle with oregano, ground chili, some garlic cloves and cover with oil. Cover well and store in the refrigerator.
