Ingredients

For the burgers: (2 people)

  • 300 g of beef.
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley.
  • 2 eggs.
  • Salt
  • Pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon of Royal yeast.
  • Olive oil.
  • 4 slices of Bimbo bread.
  • 1 red tomato
  • 2 lettuce leaves.

For the hot sauce:

  • 1/2 onion.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • 2 big tomatoes.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
  • A splash of tabasco.
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl we put the minced meat with a very minced garlic clove. Then we add the parsley, salt, yeast and pepper. How are you homemade burgers They are made by ourselves, we use the spices according to the flavor we want to give them, that is, if we want them more or less spicy we will add more or less pepper and garlic.

Once seasoned, we leave them rest about 20 min so that the meat takes on flavor. Meanwhile, to avoid wasting time, we are cutting the tomato into slices and the lettuce into strips. In this recipe, many people also tend to add onion but I don't particularly like it, so don't use it. Whether you add or remove ingredients that you do not like, I leave that to your tastes.

Besides, in a frying pan we are making the grilled eggs. We add a tablespoon of olive oil to the pan, and we add an egg, which we break the yolk. Then we turn it over to make it on the other side, and we reserve it. The fire must be soft so as not to burn it.

In addition to this, we are doing the salsa. We chop the garlic cloves, the onion and the tomato, the size does not matter because it will be crushed later. We put it in a frying pan and we cook it adding salt, pepper and sugar, the latter to counteract the acidity of the tomato. Once done, blend and add the tabasco to taste.

When the meat's resting time has passed, we proceed to shape the hamburgers. We take a glob of meat and make a ball, and then gently squash it to give it the typical shape. We will put it in a pan over low heat so as not to burn them too much. When we see that they are almost cooked, we place a Slice of cheese so that it is founded.

We assemble the homemade burgers: First, we toast the bread slices so that it supports the weight of the ingredients, then we place the hamburger with the cheese on top, and we add the lettuce, the tomato and the ironed egg. Finally, we add the hot sauce. Bon a petit!
