The sandwich can be made from any fillingThis is ideal and simple, but we can add many more ingredients that we like or make use of what we have. This time I have not put protein of any kind, but you can put chicken breast, any cold cuts, hard-boiled egg ... And so it will be even more complete

The good thing about sandwiches is that they can be prepared at any time and from what we have in the fridge, they can be made hot or cold and they are quick to prepare.

Ingredients
  • Rye or plain sliced ​​bread
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • Hot sauce
  • 1 Tomate
  • Pitted olives
  • A piece of spring onion
  • Some lettuce leaves
  • Mayonnaise

Preparation
  1. To prepare the healthy sandwich, we will first open the avocado, cut it into pieces and crush it on a plate, add a little lemon juice and a few drops of hot sauce, stir the mixture.
  2. We take the slices of bread and toast them.
  3. Spread a slice of bread with the avocado.
  4. We wash the tomato and cut it into slices or pieces.
  5. We put on top of the avocado.
  6. We peel the onion, cut it into slices and put some pieces on top.
  7. We wash some lettuce leaves, dry them and cut them into pieces, we are putting on top of the other ingredients.
  8. We chop some olives, we put them.
  9. On the other slice of bread we spread it with mayonnaise, it can be made at home or bought from a jar, now with the heat it is better.
  10. We put the slice on top of everything and serve. We can accompany a little more salad.
