Therefore, today we have prepared this healthy and quick recipe de hake, a good fish for children since it has hardly any bones and is very easy for them to ingest. In addition, it is highly recommended that children eat fish, although be careful with thorns1 because they can get scared of this product.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 hake fillets.
  • 1/2 onion.
  • 2 tablespoons of flour.
  • 1 glass of white wine.
  • 1 glass of fish broth.
  • Olive oil.
  • 1/2 tablet of avecrem.
  • Chopped parsley.

Preparation

First we will clean the fish well removing the thorns and removing the loins and leaving the skin. We will add a pinch of salt on both sides and reserve it.

Then we will do the green sauce. In a frying pan or small casserole we will put a good drizzle of olive oil and we will add the finely diced onion.

When it is golden, we will add the flour Sauté well to remove the raw flavor, then add the white wine and half a pill of avecrem, letting it reduce a little and let it start to boil.

Finally, we will incorporate the hake fillets in the pan with the skin facing upwards and let cook 2 minutes on each side, in addition to a pinch of chopped parsley. If necessary, we will add fish broth so that the loins are not dry.
