Hake in yellow

Today we prepare it in yellow, a kitchen technique which consists of dyeing food sauces an intense yellow color thanks to the food coloring. A very striking technique for any type of food, be it meat or fish.
Ingredients
- 4 hake loins.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- 1/2 onion.
- 1 tablespoon of flour.
- Olive oil.
- White wine.
- Water.
- Salt
- Pepper.
- Parsley.
- Food coloring.
- Thyme.
Preparation
Firstly, we will finely chop the garlic and onion and we will put it to fry in a frying pan with a good drizzle of olive oil. You have to keep the fire at medium-high temperature so that none of the ingredients burn.
Once the onion and garlic are browned, add the flour and sauté well to remove the raw flavor from the flour. Then, we add a glass of white wine and 2 glasses of water, in addition, we add parsley, thyme and the food coloring, and we will let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Then we prepare the hake. We will remove the loins, we will cut it in half and we will salt and pepper them and we will add them to the sauce pan, cover and let cook for approximately 15 minutes in which we see that the fish is completely done.
