Salmon with bakery potatoes

Salmon is a very interesting food due to its high protein content and omega-3 fatty acids, which contribute to lower plasma cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and also increase blood fluidity. Therefore, highly recommended for those who suffer from cardiovascular disorders.

Salmon can be cooked in many ways; grilled and with a dill sauce it is an excellent dish, but we can also accompany it with baking potatoes and make it much more attractive for children and older carnivores. Baked potatoes are easy to cook and make a great garnish for both meat and fish.

Ingredients

For two

  • 2 Fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper

Crafting

We preheat the oven to 180º.

We peel the potatoes and we cut into sheets fine. We also chop the onion into julienne strips and place it all in a baking dish or pyrex. We water with a good jet of olive oil, the white wine and season. With our hands we stir well so that the oil permeates all the potatoes.

We introduce in the oven at 180ºC until potatoes are tender, about 20-30 minutes. We booked.

We cook the grilled salmon. To do this, we divide each loin in two, salt and pepper and place on the griddle with the skin facing up. After 2 or 3 minutes we turn it over and with the heat already low we finish cooking.

We create a potato bed bakers on the plate and place on top the salmon fillets, seasoned and cooked on the grill.

Notes

The more spread the potatoes are on the baking sheet, the sooner they will cook. Choose one broad font even if it seems ridiculous.

Potatoes are a great accompaniment both for dogs and fish.
