Salmon with dill sauce

Ingredients
- 800 gr. salmon fillets
- 1 leek
- 1 small onion
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 200 ml. of liquid cream for cooking
- 150 ml of water
- 150 ml. brandy
- fresh dill

Note
We are going to use fresh Gourmet Garden dill, which is a product that keeps very well and is delicious in dishes.
Crafting
In a large frying pan we put the onion and the finely chopped leek with a little oil and fry it for 10 minutes over medium heat. When it is golden, add a tablespoon of flour and sauté it a little. We add the liquids, the fresh dill and the salt and we leave it until the sauce is well blended.
We already have the sauce ready. If we want the sauce to have a finer texture we can pass it through the blender.
On the other hand we do the grilled salmon fillets. To do this we put a splash of oil and wait until it is very hot. Salt and pepper the salmon and put it in the pan on the skin side. Once it is golden, we turn it over and brown it on the other side until it is well done on the inside. Surely you have to lower the heat so that it is done well inside.
Once the salmon is done, we can put it on a plate and add the sauce on top or put the salmon loins on one side and the other side. dill sauce in a separate sauce boat.
If you want to give it a special touch When serving the plate, we can decorate it with some pine nuts on top.
