Prawns are a very useful product in the kitchen, they can be used for any stir-fry or any basic food of a dish. Without a doubt, for spicy food loversHere you have this recipe for garlic prawns for you to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 200 g of prawns.
  • 7-8 garlic cloves.
  • 1 cayenne pepper.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt

Preparation

These ingredients is for more or less 3 people. So if more guests come, it's time to increase them. To make these garlic prawns, we will need the base ingredients, garlic and prawns.

All the prawns can be fresh or frozen. If they are fresh, you just have to peel them (remove the head and peel) and if they are frozen, they will come peeled, so you will leave them for a few hours before making the recipe out of the freezer. In addition, you will dry them very well when making these garlic prawns, since when you add them to the casserole they would jump too much.

Once with the base ingredients prepared, we will begin to make these delicious garlic prawns. To do this, we will place the low heat a clay pot. This presentation is the most typical for garlic prawns, but if you don't have it, you can make it in a normal frying pan and transfer it to a nice bowl.

While the casserole is getting heat, we will peel the garlic cloves. Once the oil is hot, we will add the garlic and let it brown a little, but without burning it. Then we will add the cayenne chili pepper divided into chunks and stir everything well.

Finally, we will add the prawns, and we will let them cook for a little while so that they simply become and take on the spicy flavor of the garlic and chilli.

I hope you like it and enjoy these delicious and spicy Shrimp Scampi. Bon a petit!
