French fries are a side that few can resist; all an attraction especially for the little ones. But there are other healthier garnishes with which to accompany a entrecote, a sirloin or a pork chop. We talk about a vegetable garnishCourse.
The ideal way to create a good vegetable garnish is to take advantage of season products, but it is not essential. In this case we have decided to take advantage of products available to everyone: onion, peppers of different colors, carrots and broccoli to give it a crunchy touch. It won't take you more than 20 minutes to prepare this garnish; time is not an excuse.
