Ingredients
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Carrots 2
  • Some broccoli flowers
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Balsamic vinegar
Preparation
  1. We wash the vegetables and julienne onion, peppers and carrots. From the broccoli we take advantage of the flowers.
  2. In a frying pan, we sauté the vegetables with a tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes over medium heat.
  3. To finish, add the rosemary, a little black pepper and some drops of balsamic vinegar. We stir and serve.
