We recently saw some chocolate cookies, very soft and ideal to accompany a glass of milk. The ones that I bring you today are dedicated to chocolate addicts because their flavor is much more intense and, the best thing, is that they do not contain eggs.

Preparation time 30 min.
Ingredients:
- 50 gr. chocolate (in my case 75%, but you can use the one you like the most)
- 50 gr. of butter
- Sugar to taste
- 100 ml. milk
- Flour (XNUMXg)
Preparation:
In a saucepan we melt the butter together with the chocolate and add the milk. When it is hot we add the sugar and mix well. In a large container we add this mixture and begin to add flour little by little. I start by adding tablespoons two by two, when the final result is close to coming I continue adding one by one, like this until we have a soft dough that does not stick to the fingers.
Once the dough is obtained, we stretch it to a thickness of approximately 1 cm, cut with the cookie molds or with a glass upside down and place them on a baking tray lightly greased with butter. We preheat the oven and when it is ready we put the tray in, which we are going to let it bake for 15-20 minutes at 180ºC. After that time we check if they are ready and, if they are, enjoy!
