Egg set in tomato
Hello everyone! Today I bring you one recipe tremendously speed boat tour to prepare, very easy and that can save you more than one Dinner in a moment. It is about eggs curdled in tomato, I think it would not have been necessary even step by step, but hey, there you have it!
Degree of difficulty: Very easy
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 egg per person
- 1 bottle of ketchup (if it's homemade, better)
- Sal Island (Optional)
- Pepper (Optional)
Preparation:
We will start by adding the tomato sauce to a pan and heating it. In my case it was homemade that I had prepared a few days before and vacuum packed (I will show you this), so it already had salt and pepper, but if you use your favorite sauce from the pot it may be necessary that you add it to taste.
When the sauce is hot we add the eggs.
And we cover the pan for a few minutes, until the eggs are done to our liking.
And we can now enjoy our express recipe.
When serving ...
I like to sprinkle lightly with Comino powder, but another option may be to add cheese, that when the dish is still hot it will melt.
Recipe suggestions:
Taking this as a base you can make many variations by adding some vegetables such as pepper, mushrooms, onion...
The best…
You can wet pan!

I do something similar but easier. I cut the tomatoes into slices like the beast, I put them in a pan with drops of olive and dried oregano. I cook them a little and crush them with a wooden spoon. I crush an egg or two and on top. I put a piece of low-calorie cheese from the egg, cover it for a while and that's it, it's delicious, that way you don't lose the nutrients or vitamins that are mainly in the tomato peel
Greetings and merry christmas.
Hello Ana!
A very rich way to do it and I also love cheese!
Greetings and thanks for your proposal; )
Hello for Christmas dinner I have a stuffed breast, I would like to know what it can be accompanied with. THANK YOU
Hi Patricia!
My favorite option to accompany a stuffed breast is some cooked potatoes (of these small and round ones for a better presentation) and I would also put some simple sauce. Another option can be a vegetable stir fry; )
Greetings and thanks to you for your comment!
