But it is something that I did not pay much attention to before and, now that I decided to find out more about them, I am discovering a whole new world full of exquisite aromas and flavors. Ingredients for people 4 (The amounts may vary depending on whether you want to leave more sauce or less):

  • 3 peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 3 teeth of Garlic it
  • Olive oil
  • Concentrated tomato (Optional)

Preparation:

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and simmer the onion cut in julienne and the crushed garlic. Then add the peppers cut into strips.
