Chicken cubes in batter with tomato

Breaded chicken cubes

Chicken is one of the foods for which children little ones start to eat solids. This type of meat is very tender and easy to chew for them, so today we prepare it with a lot of flavor to prepare a delicious dinner for the little ones in the house.

This recipe is very easy and quick to perform for those times when children don't want to wait any longer to eat. But it is not only used for the little ones but also for adults in a great tapas or pintzo.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts.
  • Ketchup.
  • Olive or sunflower oil.

For breaded:

  • Handful of wheat flour.
  • Handful of breadcrumbs.
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika.
  • 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast.
  • Salt

Preparation

First, we will prepare the chicken breasts. We will clean them well, eliminating all the white fat part and we will cut them into thick cubes so that they do not contract too much.

Then we will do the breaded. To do this, in a large and spacious bowl we will mix all the ingredients. In this bowl we will add the chicken cubes and press them well so that this batter adheres well to the chicken.

Lastly, we will fry the chicken cubes in plenty of hot oil. We will remove them when they are well browned and we will drain them on absorbent paper. We will serve it with some homemade tomato sauce.
