Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic.
- 1 whole chicken breast.
- 1 egg.
- Salt
- Parsley.
- Flour.
- I beaten egg.
- Bread crumbs.
Preparation
First, we will take the chicken breast and we will chop it into very small dice. It is better to cut them with a knife than with a mincer like this they do not remain so caked.
We will put this in a bowl and add the minced raw garlic, egg, parsley and salt. Mix well until you get a dough. If the dough is very liquid, we will add a little grated bread to make it somewhat consistent.
Afterwards, we will take small portions of this dough and make balls that we will crush to give that characteristic shape of Russian steaks or nuggets.
Finally, we will go through flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs and we will fry in abundant hot oil. We will take out when they are golden brown and we will drain on absorbent paper.
