Four minutes is enough to cook the couscous, time that we take advantage of in this recipe to prepare the rest of the ingredients. I like the onion to poach it until it is transparent, while the zucchini sticks I like with the skin and al dente, simply sautéed. Do you like these types of recipes? - 1 glass of couscous
- Water glass 1
- 1 knob of butter
- ½ white onion
- ½ small zucchini
- A handful of raisins
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- We chop the onion In julienne, and poach it in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil.
- While it is done, we place the couscous in a bowl and we pour the boiling water. We stir, cover the container and let it rest for the time indicated by the manufacturer, approximately three minutes.
- Over time, we add a knob of butter and with a fork we loosen the couscous grains. We serve on a plate.
- When the onion has changed color, add the zucchini cut into strips, season and sauté for a few minutes. Finally, we add the raisins and sauté for another minute. We serve over couscous.
- Sprinkle pepper black on top and serve while still hot.
