Ingredients
  • 400 grams of rice
  • 1 and ½ liters of water
  • 500 gr of chopped chicken
  • 150 grams of grated tomato
  • ½ green pepper
  • Virgin olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Chicken bouillon cube
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. In a pot, we pour a good jet of olive oil and when hot we put fry the green pepper (cut into small strips). The following will be toss the chicken, already clean and chopped, so that it browns a little. It will be enough to leave it over medium heat for 10 minutes. We will go checking and moving until we see the meat is golden brown.
  2. The next step will be to lower the heat a bit and add the grated tomato along with the sweet paprika and the chicken broth tablet previously dissolved in half a glass of water.
  3. We are stirring and when the water has evaporated, add the rice and a little salt. We let the rice acquire the flavor of the rest of the ingredient for about 5 minutes and we are stirring so that it does not stick to the pot.
  4. The next and last step will be to add approximately one and a half liters of water, stir and leave over low heat for a few 15 or 20 minutes.
  5. Don't let the rice stick to you!
