Ingredients
  • 4 eggs L
  • 1 cup of tomato sauce fried
  • Sweet chistorra
  • Serrano ham tacos
  • Cheese cubes
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper

Preparation
  1. We will need individual size clay pots to prepare the recipe.
  2. First we are preheating the oven to about 200 degrees.
  3. In each casserole, we put about 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, if it is homemade or much richer ratatouille, the dish will come out.
  4. Next, we crack the egg on the tomato directly.
  5. Now we chop the chistorra into small portions and distribute over the pans, without covering the egg yolk.
  6. We add some ham cubes to the plate, again being careful not to cover the yolk.
  7. Finally, we add some cheese cubes of different types.
  8. To finish, add salt and a pinch of pepper to the egg yolk.
  9. We place the casseroles on the tray and put them in the oven.
  10. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until we see that the white is completely cooked.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
To know if the white is well cooked, we can prick with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it is ready.
