Chocolate brownie with nuts, great is little!
On June 2, it was my birthday, and from one day to the next I decided to celebrate it with some friends at home. Since I already surprised them with the chocolate chip cookie cake and the glazed donuts, I wanted to raise the bar a little more, and I took the plunge with this Chocolate Nut Brownie. I assure you they were fascinated, so I achieved my goal.
The brownie is a typical US recipe where the chocolate is mixed into a very soft and tasty sponge cake with the melted chocolate inside.
Ingredients
- 2 chocolate bars for desserts (500 g total).
- 200 g of chopped walnuts.
- 150 g of flour.
- 150 g of butter.
- 200 g of sugar.
- 4 eggs.
- 4 tablespoons of water.
- 2 tablespoons of the coffee with salt.
- Vanilla sugar.
Preparation
To make this scrumptious Chocolate Nut Brownie, first, we will mix the flour with the salt in a bowl and, we reserve it for later. We also cut the chocolate for desserts into small pieces.
Then, in a saucepan, we melt the butter with sugar and water. When everything is melted and at a medium-high temperature, remove from the heat and add a chocolate bar that we have chopped up before along with a little vanilla sugar. Stir well with a few rods until the chocolate is completely melted.
Then, we are adding to the chocolate base the eggs one by one, until you get a small liquid mass with a special shine.
Then add the flour mixture with salt and we stir everything well until we get a somewhat more homogeneous and compact dough.
Then we will take the other chopped tablet and walnuts to the base mixture of chocolate and stir again so that everything is well integrated.
Finally, we grease a mould for the oven with a little butter and flour. We will pour the dough and distribute well. We will put it in the oven at 150ºC for about 40 minutes.
