For this weekend I have prepared a very easy, simple and fast recipe to make with potatoes. This tuber is a very versatile, so today we have chosen to give it a soft and crunchy touch at the same time, becoming a very exquisite tapa.

These breaded bakery potatoes are already cooked beforehand, so it is a very interesting snack on the palate. In addition, we accompany it with a hard-boiled egg to give it a more powerful taste. You can accompany it with some mayonnaise or special sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 potatoes.
  • 2-3 eggs.
  • Water.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt
  • I beaten egg.

Preparation

Firstly, we will cook the potatoes. In a large pot we will put the potatoes together with the water, when it begins to boil, we will count 25 minutes.

Once cooked, we will drain them and let them warm a little so as not to burn when we peel them. We will peel them and cut them into thick slices. In addition, we will cook the eggs for 8-10 minutes in water.

Later, we will pass them one by one very carefully, since they can be split, by beaten egg. Finally, we will fry them in olive oil over medium high heat, so that they finish cooking inside.

In conclusion, we will drain the potatoes on absorbent paper and we will serve them with hard-boiled egg segments. You can also add some sauce.
