Ingredients
- 1 thigh.
- 4 small potatoes.
- 1-2 small carrots.
- Olive oil.
- White wine.
- Water.
- Salt
- Thyme.

- Oregano.
Preparation
Firstly, we will wash the thigh well. Removing any excess fat, any type of blood and feathers.
We will peel and wash the carrots and potatoes. Then, we will cut it into slices of 1 cm thick more or less and we will place them in a high oven source. We will add a little salt and oil.
Then, we will place the chicken on top of carrots and potatoes. We will add half a glass of white wine, another half of water and, finally, a good generous drizzle of olive oil. In addition, we will add all the spices to give it flavor.
Finally, we will put the source in the preheated oven at 200º for about 30-35 minutes. Halfway through cooking, if you see that the chicken and the garnish are running out of liquid, add a little more wine or water.
