All the potatoes they are a very food versatile, since it can be linked with any other food that is always delicious. In addition, they are quick to make, like for example this recipe that I made the other day when some friends came home by surprise.

If sometimes, I know unannounced friends present at home and invite themselves for dinner, this is one of the simple but very rich recipes that will surprise you.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • 1/4 onion.
  • Sausage.
  • Grated cheese.
  • Olive oil.
  • Water.
  • Salt
  • Parsley.
  • Oregano.

Preparation

First of all, we will peel and wash the potatoes. We will cut them into large segments and cook them for 20 minutes in a pot with water and salt.

At the same time the potatoes are cooked, we carry out the accompaniment or dressing for potatoes. To do this, we will chop the garlic and onion very well, in addition, we will cut the chorizo ​​into medium dice.

All this, we will poach it in a pan together with olive oil. We will drain the potatoes after 20 min and we will place them in a high oven source.

We will pour the poaching on top of the potatoes and add a little salt and olive oil. We will remove and, finally, we will add the grated cheese and Grill at 190ºC for about 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
