Ingredients

  • 4-5 medium potatoes.
  • Olive oil.
  • Thyme.
  • Salt
  • Oregano.
  • Cumin.
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation

Firstly, we will peel the potatoes. We will wash them well, and we will cut it into uneven segments. It does not matter what type of potatoes you choose, the new or the old, which is usually called.

Then we will place all the wedges on a tall baking dish, so that they all fit. It must be a somewhat wide source, so that they do not cake, since their cooking would be difficult.

Then, we will add the olive oil and all other spices. If you want, you can substitute some for the one you like the most or delete the one you want.

Finally, with the same hands, very clean, we will remove all the potatoes with oil and spices, so that they are all impregnated with their flavors. We will put them in the oven at 180ºC for about 40 minutes.
