The recipe
- 400 g. cooked chickpeas
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion, julienned
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- ½ teaspoon of hot paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 spoonful of fried tomato
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- We preheat the oven at 250 ° C.
- In a baking dish we put all the ingredients: chickpeas, onion, chopped peppers, tomatoes, garlic cloves, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, fried tomato and olive oil. And we mix everything well so that they are well integrated.
