This egg-free chocolate cake is ideal for those people who love sweets, love chocolate, but nevertheless cannot eat eggs. With this cake you will not have that problem.

Ingredients
  • 200 gr de harina
  • 250 g sugar
  • 75 gr. pure cocoa
  • 1 on yeast
  • ½ l milk
  • 40 ml of aceite oliva

Preparation
  1. In a bowl we will put the flour, sugar, cocoa and yeast. Then we will mix well without leaving lumps.
  2. In the next step we will add the milk and oil. We will beat again with the help of a rod until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  3. We pour the dough into a silicone mold and we put it in oven preheated to 180 ºC during 30 minutes approximately. So that it does not remain raw inside, we will check that it is completely cooked by putting a wooden toothpick. If it comes out clean, it is ready to go.
  4. Unmold and let cool. Once it has reached room temperature, we can serve. Enjoy yourself!
